The Sand Continent (Japanese: 砂の大陸 Sand Continent) is a continent of the Pokémon world in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. It was introduced in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon. Sahra Town is the only known settlement on the continent. It can be visited at any time on the Lapras Travel Liner after purchasing the Sand Pass.
