Scarlet & Violet Series

Superior Energy Retrieval was reprinted in the Japanese Triplet Beat subset with new artwork by Studio Bora Inc., and as a Full Art Secret card in the Japanese Clay Burst expansion with artwork by the same artist. Both the Regular and the Secret prints were included in English in the Paldea Evolved expansion. These prints feature a slight text change to include the phrase up to, in order to give players the option to take fewer than the maximum number of cards.
