Release information

This card was included in the Emerging Powers expansion with artwork by Kouki Saitou, first released in the Japanese Black Collection. It was reprinted as one of the Japanese BW-P Promotional cards with a commemorative stamp awarded to those who participated in the Rotation Battle or Open Challenge at the Summer Carnival in Tokyo Tower from July 23 to August 28. In June 2012, it was included in the McDonald's Collection 2012 as an exclusive Confetti Holofoil.
