Release information
This card was released in the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion with artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita, originating from the Japanese SoulSilver Collection. It was later reprinted in both Holofoil and Non Holofoil prints with English-exclusive artwork by the same artist as part of the HS Trainer Kit. In September 2010, an exclusive Cracked Ice Holofoil version of the HeartGold & SoulSilver print of this card was released in the Player's Collection. It was reprinted again in the English Call of Legends expansion with another new artwork by the same artist.
This card's HeartGold & SoulSilver print was reprinted in Holofoil in the Blastoise & Suicune ex deck of the Pokémon Trading Card Game Classic. This reprint lacks a regulation mark and is thus not legal for tournament play.
