is an Electric-type glitch Pokémon in Red and Blue. It is a hybrid of Magnemite, and actually uses its sprite, like Trainer, -PkMn and . pゥ.
The only known ways to obtain it without cheating are through the English adaption of the Fossil conversion glitch with an Attack stat of 252, a box data shift glitch such as the remaining HP glitch (with a remaining HP of 252), or through arbitrary code execution.
If it is traded to Pokémon Yellow, it will become ゥ$ 4MN ゥ.
It evolves into many Pokémon, including Cubone at level 5, Nidoran♂ at level 16, Arcanine at level 18, Slowpoke at level 40, 'M (00) at level 56 and Rhydon at level 136.
