Friend Area |
Turtleshell Pond (Japanese: 甲羅の池 Shell Pond) is a Friend Area in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team and a rescue team camp in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX in the Volcano area. In Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, it has a capacity of 10 Pokémon. All the Pokémon that reside here are Water-type.
If Squirtle or Psyduck is the hero or partner Pokémon, the player starts the game with this Friend Area. Otherwise, it can be purchased from the Wigglytuff Club for 5500RB / 6000RTDX Poké.
Geography
Turtleshell Pond is a small, clear, bubbly pond. It has either turtle shells or patterned rock floating in it. It also has a building carved out of a large rock rising out of the water. As opposed to walking on the water, the Pokémon here stay on the bridge and the building in the center.
