is a dual-type Pokémaniac/Glitch (hex 27) glitch Pokémon found in Pokémon Red and Blue.
can be found by doing Method #3 of the Mew glitch and using a Pokémon with a Special stat of 194, or via the Time Capsule exploit with Cyndaquil. When traded to the Yellow version, it becomes a PPkMnp' '. Its cry is the sound that is played during the Poké Ball-shaking animation when the player is attempting to capture a Pokémon.
is in the same glitch Pokémon family as A (EA), M p'u ゥ, PkMnRPkMn ", and ゥU?. As a result, it shares several characteristics with them, including its Pokédex number of #234, base stats, types, starting moves, and TM/HM learnset.
When its Pokédex entry is viewed, a chaotic glitch song plays, never ending and prevents the player from proceeding. In order to avoid viewing the Pokédex entry for on the first capture, the player must have caught a Magneton because the 'own' flag for the #234 family is equivalent to owning Magneton.
