Release information
This card was included in the Shining Legends expansion, first released in the Japanese subset of the same name. It was reprinted as a Non Holofoil in the Japanese Lightning Raichu-GX Deck. It was reprinted in the Japanese GX Ultra Shiny subset. It was later reprinted as Cracked Ice Holofoil inside the Let's Play, Pikachu! theme deck.
