Trivia

It was the first Pokémon card with no attacks of its own.

This card was not included in Pokémon Card GB or Pokémon Card GB 2, apparently because of its confusing, and potentially difficult to program, Pokémon Power.

Origin

Transform is a move in the Pokémon games that Ditto can learn.
