Mars makes part of Team Galactic's Commander trio.

In the games

She is first seen leading the efforts of Team Galactic to control the Valley Windworks near Route 205. Mars is then seen at Lake Verity. She makes her final appearance (along with Jupiter) atop the Spear Pillar, in an attempt to slow down the player so Cyrus can awaken the legendary Pokémon, but as the player battles her and Jupiter, the rival assists him/her.

Mars herself has not appeared in the anime, though her cohort Saturn has several times.
