Dry Skin (Japanese: かんそうはだ Dry Skin) is an ability introduced in Generation IV that modifies HP depending on climate. During sunshine, the Pokémon with this ability will be harmed slightly, while during rain they will be healed slightly. In addition, Fire-type attacks do 25% more damage to this Pokémon, while Water-type attacks will heal one quarter of the total HP. See Water Absorb. Four Pokémon have this ability, all dual-typed.
Flavor Text: Reduces HP if it is hot. Water restores HP.
