Dogasu said on the forums that "High Five!" is a more accurate translation, as "high touch" is essentially Japanese slang that has borrowed/manipulated an English phrase. I'm going to use "high five" on Bulbanews because I believe it's more accurate and much more understandable by English-speakers.
