For this to work, on your page with your own picture, type in:

After that, if you wish to have your own image, type in the exact file name of the image and then the "|". And finally, type the name of your favorite shipping, and finally the ending "}}".
For example, if your favorite shipping were Template:S, you would type this:
{{User Favorite Shipping|DP_Young_Couple.png|Appealshipping}}
And end up with this:
