Cissy (Japanese: ナツミ Atsumi) is the Gym Leader of the Mikan Island Gym. She hands out the Coral Eye Badge to trainers who defeat her. According to Tracey, she is known as "one of the toughest trainers in the Orange Crew." She specializes in Water-type Pokémon, and one of the rules of her Gym is that opponents are required to use Water-type Pokémon aswell.
She lives with Senta, her assistant and little brother, who is also a Pokémon trainer.
Cissy is introduced in the anime when Ash Ketchum challenged her for the Coral Eye Badge in Fit To Be Tide.
