The Sun Ribbon is an evolutionary item in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon and its sequel, which can evolve Eevee into Espeon, Roselia into Roserade and Riolu into Lucario in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2.
In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, it is found in Wyvern Hill 20th floor under a corridor which requires a key.
Eevee, Roselia or Riolu will not be able to evolve into Espeon, Roserade or Lucario unless they have four stars of IQ, even with the Sun Ribbon.
