Templates

Why are so many protected from autoconfirmed users? It's not like we get that many "Impossible Sharked Bulbasaurs" anymore, so why the barrier? --Bulbapedian - Talk 02:20, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

if a vandal attacks a template, thats X pages now affected. but moreover, if youre referring to the templates i just protected, well, they dont need to be touched, so, why SHOULDNT they be protected? -- MAGNEDETH 02:21, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

Serebii.net Special characters

Why shouldn't we externally link to Serebii.net for Special characters? The only entries listed were in Japanese, so I thought that since the vast majority of our readers are only fluent in English, they should be able to read a more complete bio on each character. That doesn't make any sense. Every external link listed should be a different website. I mean, would we not put TRsRockin.com on the TRsRockin.com article just because it's a different fan site?
