Release Information
In Japan, this card was available as a Gold Point prize through the Pokémon Daisuki Club's Action Point system, which replaced the Pokémon Fan Club and its EXP Point system in May 2008.
Trivia
Origin
Thunderbolt is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn. Recharge's Japanese name is that of Charge, which Pikachu can also learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Platinum.
