Mtn otter is a user of pokémon Diamond and Emerald. He started in TwinLeaf Town and his starter was {{P|turtwig}} which evolved to {{P|grotle}} and later {{P|torterra}}. He has a partner pokémon which is rarely mentioned and even more rarely seen. Few know of it's identity although he has confirmed that it is a female, green, psychic type that has evolved at least once.
