Mtn otter is a user of pokémon Diamond and Emerald. He started in TwinLeaf Town and his starter was {{P|turtwig}} which evolved to {{P|grotle}} and later {{P|torterra}}. He is currently attempting to Template:Breeding a Template:Alternate coloration eevee.
