WTPT - Pokémon Radio is the most popular Pokémon podcast as of today, hosted by long-time Pokémon fans Keith "KC" Smith and Joseph "Jowy" Romano, both from Brooklyn, New York. The podcast is available on iTunes and usually released once a week.

'W' is the first letter used in the call letters for US radio stations East of the Mississippi river and "TPT" stands for "The Pallet Tribune" (Originally called "The Pokémon Times"), which is also the name of the web site that hosts the podcast. The site's features include news, fan art, blogs, and a chat room.

Hosts

KC and Jowy have appeared on other video game podcasts including MyGamer.com's Radcast Audio Blast and Gamestation Radio. Both hosts have journalism backgrounds: KC has a degree in journalism and Jowy was the Executive Editor of his college newspaper.

News

The news is updated weekly and keeps listeners updated in the world of Pokémon. They can deal with any topic relating to Pokémon, including contest results, special events, and inside info. On the left there is also the Pokémon of the week, a calendar of events, links, the e-mail to ask questions, and a spot to subscribe to the mailing list. On the right there is a button to subscribe, a button to go to the archives of the "WTPT - Pokémon Radio" podcasts, the link to the "WTPT Live", and some advertisements.

Fan Art

This is the link to art work of the "WTPT" staff or the listeners. Here fans can click on the photo frames of any of the eight topics, My Pokémon Ranch, Fan Art, Fun Stuff, Our Listeners, Pokémon Gifts, Super Mario Galaxy Release Party, Wallpaper, and The Pokémon 10th anniversary. In time, there may be even more topics. After clicking on a frame or the title of the topic, visitors get directed to the page of the pictures, where the users can play a slideshow of them or just click on a picture to get a bigger version of it.

Blogs

In this section of the site, fans can read blogs from KC's Log or Jowy's Livro do Mestre. These blogs contain whatever they write and information about the hosts such as their whole names, gender, blood, age, birthday, hometown, heroes, and favorite: video games, TV shows, websites, quotes, and books.

Chatting

On "TPT", there are two forms of chatting. The first one is called "Chat Rooms", running on the Ajax Open Source Web Chat. Here fans can type to other people live and send them messages, smilies (themed as different pokémon), and surprises. Here is where many people make new friends to talk to, battle, and become friends with. The second form of chatting is the "WTPT Live", where fans can talk to people live using microphones and cameras. Through this, they can actually see and hear who they are talking to. WTPT Live is currently being reworked.

Forums

With the upgrade to TPT 2.0, The Pallet Tribune added a vBulliten forums system. Here, members can make an post on threads about various topics about things relating to the forums, Pokémon, and pretty much anything else.

Tournaments

Tournaments, called the WTPTC, are usually held quarterly. Occasionally, additional tournaments are also hosted, such as one on TPT Day, the anniversary of WTPT's creation.
