Upon the release of HeartGold & SoulSilver Collection in Japan, Meganium was made available as one of the L-P Promotional cards to anyone who participated in and won the season's Challenge Road tournament.
Trivia
The promotional version of this card was printed with a graphic hiding the Giant Bloom attack.
Origin
Sleep Powder is a move in the Pokémon games; however, Meganium cannot learn it. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon SoulSilver.
