(Japanese: タルガ Talga) is a character in Pokémon Ranger: Locus of Light
He is the only Pokémon Ranger in charge of patrolling the Oblivia region at the beginning of the game. Talga lives on Rainbow Island with his wife Leila and daughter Panema. He is first met by the player at the Radio Base on top of Ratorato Mountain where he asks the player to help him save the Radio Base from the Pokémon Nappers who have taken it over.
