Red Eye (Japanese: レッドアイ Red Eye) is the Pokémon Nappers leader. He appears in Pokémon Ranger: Locus of Light.
In the games
Red Eye is one of the admins of the Nappers. In his attempt to get Articuno, he challenges the player with a Typhlosion.
In the anime
Red Eye first appeared in the anime in the first part of the Locus of Light anime special, where he shot down the character Natsuya. He then appeared in the the second part of the special where he attempted (and failed) to defeat Natsuya before deciding to take on the Legendary Pokémon Raikou.

Cranidos was controlled by Red Eye in an attempt to prevent Natsuya from interfering in the plans of the Pokémon Nappers, and proved its strength by defeating Ukulele Pichu with a powerful Headbutt. However Cranidos was clearly not acting under its own will and was quickly returned to normal thanks to Natsuya's Capture Styler.
