Sorry.....I just started using Bulbapedia. I'll try to do it better next time :-)

That is not how you sort articles into categories. Go read the manual of style. --Pie ~ 20:55, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

When typing the names of Pokémon and moves, please use the link templates. For example, use Giratina instead of Giratina. Likewise, use Fly instead of Fly. Otherwise, you could unwittingly link to a disambiguation page. --PAK Man Talk 15:35, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

Sorry, i'm still getting used to things.

Please do not link to images from other web sites. If you want to add an image, please upload it to the Bulbagarden Archives and link to it by typing . Thank you. --PAK Man Talk 04:43, 21 August 2007 (UTC)

We don't need articles for a Pokémon that belonged to a character of the day, as they are not notable enough for their own article. --PAK Man Talk 23:53, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

Arceus

It needs to use Multitype to get its unique property. An ability.

Focus... slash.

Slash? A sash is something that you tie around yourself, like a cloth belt. It's Focus Sash, for future reference. TTEchidna 01:38, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

Sorry, I guess I mispelled it....I'm kinda tired....Ryguy

It's vs its.

The difference is that "it's" always means "it is", while "its" refers to anything belonging to something referred to as an it. TTEchidna 00:35, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

Okay, you guys. I'm only going to sing this one more time: Oh... If you want to be possessive, it's just I-T-S, but if it's supposed to be a contraction, it's I-T-apostrophe-S. Scalawag. --DarkfireTaimatsu 00:42, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

Oh you mean doing something like this: ShinyN? Here: [User:ShinyNoctowl|whatever you want to be here]]. --the big man himself

The picture was on the same line, until I used this template to make the image link to the page on Octillery instead of to the image's page. --Shiny NoctowlTalk|Trivia quiz

Oh, well maybe you should take away the 'left' at the end of the template. --The Man in Charge (Of This Page)

Thanks for letting me know about him. Reminds me of a guy over on Wikipedia I deal with sometimes who removes correct content and replaces it with what he thinks is correct. --PAK Man Talk 14:41, 13 September 2007 (UTC)

EP210

Actually you're wrong. She caught one in EP213. (at least acording to that article, I'm currently using school computer so I can't use my DVD to check.)

Anyway, I know she didn't catch it on EP122 because I know she caught it on a Master Quest episode. But you were right to remove it from that episode though. TheBlazikenMaster 09:41, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

Sorry, I just wanted to point out that it wasn't that article. User:Theryguy512

Pikachu

I must ask for a single reason why the species should not be treated as the primary article over members of the species. - A Link to the Past 21:29, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

That's the way Pokémon species articles are on Bulbapedia. I completely support Theryguy512's actions. --dpiconani224.gifShiny NoctowlTalk | Fundpiconani480.gif 21:31, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

So both reasons provided for me so far is "this is how it is, so there". Can I get a reason that explains why it's this way? - A Link to the Past 21:33, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
And why? Do you simply not know? - A Link to the Past 21:33, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

Theryguy, I shall not respond to your posts as if they existed to exist if you do not do the same. Answer my question, you clearly are doing it for a reason, and brushing me off because you cannot provided a logical rationale does not sit well with me.
And Shiny Noctowl, that does NOT answer my question. I know what disambig is, I've made many on Wikipedia, have edited many more, have made multiple featured articles, and have made more than 20,000 edits on Wikipedia, several thousands of those being made in the months of March, April, and May. I do not need to be educated as to what disambig means, but I would like to know why your disambig set-up is so radically different from Wikipedia's. The Mario article on Wikipedia isn't a disambig page for the simple reason that the majority of people searching for Mario will be searching for the video game character, not the hockey player or the writer. Conversely, what will people be looking for when they search for Pikachu? - A Link to the Past 21:40, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
It's for consistency so that all Pokémon articles have the same naming pattern. --File:224MS.gifShiny NoctowlTalk | Contribs480MS.png 21:42, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

Have all compents and complants go to User Talk:Evkl not me. --User:Theryguy512
And why aren't they consistently placed at the main article instead of the disambig page? Is there any single Pokémon which people would search for one single individual Pokémon (ie, search for the anime Lugia or the anime Bulbasaur) over the species?
If you don't want to be involved, don't revert. Not discussing something that you willingly became involved in by reverting my move is blatantly unhelpful and disrupts Bulbapedia. - A Link to the Past 21:45, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
People would search for the anime Meowth over the species. --File:224MS.gifShiny NoctowlTalk | Contribs480MS.png 21:46, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
I would enjoy to see some evidence of that. One major feature of Bulbapedia is guide content, so I dispute the very claim that the character of Meowth would be searched for more often than the species Meowth. But for the Hell of it, let's say that what you say is true. You found one case out 493 that supports your argument, versus my 492/493 cases. Why should we side with you, who can't even provide 1% as much weight for your cause that I have? - A Link to the Past 21:50, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
It's a lot easier to click the link on the disambig page to go to the species or to any of the specific Pokémon of that species than it is to, from the species page, click a link to the disambig page, and then a link to the article about the specific Pokémon. --File:224MS.gifShiny NoctowlTalk | Contribs480MS.png 21:05, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
And I have more or less shown that people looking for a member of the species more often than the species itself is the exception, not the rule, so why cater to the exceptions? The only examples provided can be major characters in the anime or manga - ie, Pikachu, Meowth, and Mewtwo. Would anyone do this for Octillery? Qwilfish? Ursaring? - A Link to the Past 22:24, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
Which is easier: clicking one link for anything, or clicking two links for anything? --File:224MS.gifShiny NoctowlTalk | Contribs480MS.png 12:27, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
Really, I thought that that very argument was used by my side (too much clicking for getting to the important subjects), and the defenders of the disambig set-up shot it down. - A Link to the Past 14:40, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
If there's the disambig at the Pokémon's name, you have to click one link for anything, which is a lot easier than the two links you would have to click if the disambig was on a separate page and the species article was on the main page for that name. --File:224MS.gifShiny NoctowlTalk | Contribs480MS.png 20:37, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

About the Pikachu disambiguation

I know you were just trying to help with the Pikachu page back there, but in the future, just simply move the page back to its original title. If that won't work, please notify an administrator so the problem can be corrected.
Also, I've noticed that every time you post a talk page comment, you type your name manually. There's actually a much easier way to do that. Just type ~~~~ at the end of your posts, and your name will appear, along with a time stamp. Additionally, you can also use the U link template to link to user articles. For example, if you type PAK Man, it's the same as typing PAK Man. Just thought I'd help make your life easier. --PAK Man Talk 01:10, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Thanks. Oh, and thanks for helping with my Anime Pokémon template. Theryguy512 01:15, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Dawn's Buizel

I can see why the Ash's Aipom will evolve into Ambipom is not needed. I thought I'd do it for Dawn's Buizel so I get people to stop posting the same fake rumors about the trade it will not happen. But thanks for telling me about that though. :D
