Plot

Major events

• Red arrives at the Indigo Plateau and defeats the Elite Four.
• Red finds out that Blue has already become the Champion.
• Red defeats Blue, thus becoming the new Pokémon League Champion.
• Red manages to collect all the 149 known Pokémon species, including the legendary birds.
• Red learns about Mewtwo, the 150th Pokémon.
• Red enters the Cerulean Cave in order to capture Mewtwo.
• The stones given to Red by Mr. Fuji are revealed to be Mega Stones from Kalos.
• Red's Charizard Mega Evolves into Mega Charizard X.
• Red successfully captures Mewtwo.
• Red sets off to find and capture Mew in order to complete the Pokédex.
