Serene Village (Japanese: おだやか村) is the starting village in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon. The player is taken there by the parental figure, Nuzleaf and lives in his house. They player meets his or her partner as well as the school children and other village folk.

Kecleon Shop

Main article: Kecleon Shop

This shop is available in various towns. It is run by Kecleon, the shop sells food, Wonder Orbs, TMs, and other various items. There are also other Kecleon Shops that can be found in dungeons which sell different items, some of which that can't be found in this shop.

Café Connection

Run by Kangaskhan, this cafe is where players can connect with other Pokémon and pick up rewards from doing jobs.

Hawlucha's Slam School

Run by Hawlucha, this shop is opened after the first few chapters in the game. This store can have your Pokémon re-learn or forget unwanted moves.

The School

Run by Principal Simipour and Vice Principal Watchog, this school is where the player goes every day during the first part of the game. The students include the partner Pokémon, Goomy, Espurr, Deerling, Shelmet, and Pancham. The students are taught by Much of the story takes place here. The students are taught by Farfetch'd and the school nurse is an Audino.
