Shiny colorations

Just so you know, Shiny colors are not something that should be in the Biology sections. People can see the colors for themselves in the sprite boxes at the bottom of the page, so we don't need to waste space talking about them elsewhere (unless the Shiny form is significant on its own, like the Red Gyarados).
