Heavy Rain and Thunder

It would seem that Thunder can miss a target during heavy rain. In several triple battles, my Kyogre has missed hitting wide open targets. There were no evasion altering moves, no protection by any moves whatsoever, just plain old "<Pokémon> avoided the attack." Yamitora1 (talk) 22:34, 1 January 2015 (UTC)

XY: Route 114

The article says that rain only occurs on Route 114 before 1:00 PM on Mondays. It's 04:24 on a Sunday just now and I'm encountering rain on this route. I've checked, and my 3DS clock/calendar is set to the correct date and time. Could someone else check to see if they're getting rain on Route 114 at other times, too. Could just be a glitch in my game, but seems like the article is wrong. --Adam Black (talk) 04:27, 11 February 2018 (UTC)

Update: Route 14, not Route 114. --Adam Black (talk) 04:29, 11 February 2018 (UTC)
Please don't edit talk page comments, even your own, leave them the way they are. If you want to make a correction, just make a comment like you did in the second time.--ForceFire 07:47, 11 February 2018 (UTC)
Same happened to me. Now it's 11 AM, Friday and it's raining in Laverre City, Route 14 and Poké Ball Factory, date/time on my 2DS are ok. --Lucas992 (talk) 09:11, 6 July 2018 (UTC)

Addition

I just found this out: when you level up a Sliggoo to 50 in overworld rain while in battle, but the rain stops immediately after, Sliggoo won't evolve. Should this be added? (or on the Sliggoo/Goodra page?) AquaMaster777 (talk) 22:43, 9 December 2018 (UTC)
