Talk:Trubbish (Pokémon)
Games Master issue 236 revealed the following names: Trubbish for Yabukuron, Vanilluxe for Baibanira, Klink for Gear, Litwick for Hitomoshi, and it confirmed that Ishizumai is Dwebble, Waruvile is Krokorok, and it revealed a load more stuff. It also confirmed that Virizion, Terrakion, Cobalion and Kyurem keep their names, and the three genies are Tornadus, Thunderus, and Landorus. Don't Hug Lucario! 14:08, 27 February 2011 (UTC)

Stockpile and Swallow
I have an idea for why Trubbish can learn the aforementioned moves but not Spit Up. It's a trash bag, right? Trash bags really just take in and keep in, they don't put anything out except horrible odors, which is covered by its Stench ability. I'm keeping this up here for once Trivia opens back up, because I can't think of another good place to put this garbage. (get it?) EvilKirikizan 13:54, 25 May 2011 (UTC)
Nugget?
A reference to scavenging trash, finding things people never expected to throw out? Dunno where it fits, so here for now :/ --Aescula (talk) 09:51, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
You would put that sort of information in the "Behavior" section on the page. Rainbow Shifter (talk) 10:17, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
- No, I don't think you would. There's no evidence that it actively seeks Nuggets, so there's no reason to put it there. It might not really need to be noted anywhere, as it's something people can see and deduce themselves from looking at its possible hold items and it's a bit too speculative to be trivia. It is an interesting tidbit, though. Crystal Talian 11:53, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
Trubbish is a creature disguised as trash
http://lavacutcontent.com/ken-sugimori-nintendo-dream-3/ In the trubbish part of the interview, they said they intended trubbish to be a creature disguised as trash. Would that be a biology, trivia, or origin fact? Pallukun (talk) 20:40, 30 June 2020 (UTC)
- The thing is, the significance of the term likely isn't the same in both English and Japanese. In English we assume it means the creature is not literally made of trash. In Japanese it can still mean Trubbish is trash that came to life, and is merely still pretending to be normal, inanimate garbage.Scythemantis (talk) 16:24, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
- Biology section seems appropriate for things like that.--ForceFire 05:47, 1 July 2020 (UTC)
Alley cat
Trubbish should have mentioned alley cat or rabbit in its possible origin back. It was put in the offcial art of cats so there has to be a reason, and it's not far fetched to think it is like an stray cat that digs in trash cans. In the anime there's Trubbish focused episode where it plays the role of an animal that children want to adopt despite objection of an adult. ForceFire thinks his opinion overrides facts so I can't convince him alone.--Rocket Grunt 11:24, 22 April 2022 (UTC)
