Ichikawa, also known as GR-3, is a member of Team Great Rocket from Pokémon Card GB 2.

He (or she) has hidden his face behind a mask with a lightning mark across it, so not much of his appearance can be said. In Pokémon Card GB 2, he has trapped the original members of the Water Club into a separate pool, and must be challenged in a 6-prize duel in order to free them. His deck focuses on and Pokémon.

When defeated, the player is given one of both We Are Team Rocket and Island of Fossil booster packs.
