Release information
This card was also released as a Promotional card with different artwork, also by Kagemaru Himeno. In Japan, it came with Volume 2 of Ni Natta Wake comic, released in September 1999. The English version was available through the Pokémon League in September 2000. This card was also reprinted in the Legendary Collection reprint set, which was only released outside of Japan.
Trivia
- The Promotional version of the card is commonly known as ? Psyduck, in reference to the character illustration.
- The Japanese Promotional card has an open book symbol in place of an Expansion symbol.
Origin
Fury Swipes is a move in the Pokémon games that Psyduck is able to learn. The card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue, though it is slightly reworded. Template:Project TCGDex notice
