If Skill Swap is used on a Pokémon with this ability by a Pokémon that's been in battle for more than five turns, will the ability affect the user? Whatever the answer may be, it should be put on this page. TorchicBlaziken ^{(talk•edits)} 15:30, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, Skill Swap resets the ability so the Pokémon that recieves Slow Start will have its stats lowered for five turns. TESHIGIGAS 15:49, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
