A Pokémon Day is an yearly event that takes place in Italy. They are organized by Nintendo and are held at the amusement park Mirabilandia, near Rimini, in summer. Every Pokémon Day has a duration of two days. In every Pokémon Day some event Pokémon are given away.

Pokémon Day 2005

The first edition of Pokémon Day was held the 2nd and the 3rd of July 2005. In this first edition of Pokémon Day there wasn't any Event Pokémon, but instead the Eon Ticket was given via Mystery Gift. There was also some free TCG cards: Charmander from EX RossoFuoco & VerdeFoglia and Farfetch'd from EX Smeraldo among with other gifts like t-shirts and stickers. There was a mini Game Boy Advance tournaments and a TCG tournaments that allows the winners to go directly to the finals in Italy. Two POP 1 packs were given to all the participants.
