Synopsis
Template:Incomplete synopsis
Ash and his friends come to a police station, where there are officers training with their Growlithe. This inspires Ash to train his Pikachu like the officers. However, Ash finds the training incredibly difficult. Soon after, Team Rocket shows up, releasing a gas. This gas causes the human's voices to go incredibly high, so the Pokémon don't recognize their voices. James then uses a voice modifier to sound like the officers and Ash, and order the confused Pokémon to attack their trainers. However, Pikachu recognizes still Ash, so Pikachu defeats Team Rocket.
