Since you are the leader of Project Merchandise, what do you think about this? The name could use a little work but it's better than nothing. Turtwig A (talk | contribs) 03:22, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
- I do like it, nice job. We're going to have to think of a better name, of course. Virtual-Z 03:08, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
Need some help...
Hey VZ, I need some help regarding a new article (as you are the project leader :D). I want to write an article on Pokémon Activity Book but the problem is that there are two books with the exact same name (nothing is mentioned about the volume on both books). One was published in 1999 and other one in 2009. Then which book should I mentioned in the article? Thank you. --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 17:57, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
- I'd say that two articles should be made: Pokémon Activity Book (1999) and Pokémon Activity Book (2009), with Pokémon Activity Book being a disambiguation page. If you only want/have the knowledge to create an article for one of them, still include the year in the article's title. I'm sure someone else will make the second one. Virtual-Z 19:05, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks for the help, I'll definitely try to create both articles. ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 02:13, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
- VZ, I created the first one from those two articles. Check it out Pokémon Activity Book (1999).
- I have a question, I have most of the basic information about Pokémon Activity Book (2009) but the problem is that the main cover image of the book is not available (not on even a single site). So, are we allowed to create articles without the main image or not? --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 11:19, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
- Having no image is fine; it's all you can do. Wow, there really isn't a picture to be found of it on the internet. Virtual-Z 11:39, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
- Ya. Well then I'll create it without the image for now. Pokémon Deluxe Activity Book: Sinnoh Edition is my latest article, please try to keep an eye on my new articles and inform me (if possible) if there is any fault/problem/error in it because I'm new in this kind of stuff. Thank you. --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 11:47, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
- As you said, both articles Pokémon Activity Book (1999) as well as Pokémon Activity Book (2009) are ready now. Its time for Pokémon Activity Book disambiguation page. So, can you please help me in disambiguating the article? Thank you. --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 13:11, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
- I just want to inform you (because need to inform an admin is quite necessary) that I disambiguated the Pokémon Activity Book page and everything is looking fine to me. Thanks a lot for helping me out. ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 13:27, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

Thanks to you, my user page no longer has to be dull and boring. Yay, and thanks. P.S. Do you know how to time stamp a customized signature? ~~AuraGaurdian
- You mean sign your comments? Just type ~~~~ at the end of your message. Virtual-Z 03:59, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
- Hmmm... ~~AuraGaurdianAuraGaurdian 04:10, 26 February 2010 (UTC) Okay, definitely not what I meant. I was thinking of when I customized my individual signature to link to my talk and contributions, and when it didn't have a time stamp any more. I see you've done it, though...
- Oh, click "my preferences" at the very top of the page, then you'll see a place called "singature". Put whatever coding in there, and then type ~~~~ at the end of your messages, and your custom code will be your signature. Remember, you have to put ~~~~ at the end of your message every time, regardless of whether or not you have a custom signature. Virtual-Z 04:14, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

Report !!!
Hey VZ, I am here with a report against a user named Adam cs. A couple of users (including me, Ume and you) already warned him about vandalism thingy and the messing around with articles that he was doing, he started all that again. Here is the proof and that was totally ridiculous. I am really tired of telling that guy again and again and again about our bp rules. I think you can handle him better by giving him some serious lesson. Now, I am done and he is all yours. I hope that whatever you do will be the best choice. Thank you. --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 09:57, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

Food
Hey man, I've decided to get to work on a merged list article for Pokémon food. I've more or less settled on the page title Pokémon food products since Pokémon food is taken. Now, if it's ok with you, I'll leave Heinz Pokémon Pasta, Kraft Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Macaroni and Kellogg's Pokémon Toasted Oat Cereal with Marshmallow Bits where they are with main page links in the article since those articles actually have more than a paragraph of content. Is there anything else you think should be left in place or is that ok? Thanks. :D --ZestyCactus 02:42, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Those articles are probably fine to stay, yeah. We gotta make sure the new article is really neat. There's big articles around here, clothing comes to mind, which are just a big mess. I like how dental products is, though. Anyway, see my post on the project talk page. I saw this message as I was previewing that one :P. Virtual-Z 02:46, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Pokémon food products! If you're happy with the article I'll start redirecting all the merged ones. --ZestyCactus 03:10, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Not just yet, as I'm going to add the references. Virtual-Z 03:12, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Sure, just let me know when you're done. Or you could redirect them as you collect references I suppose. Should I tackle Pokémon stationary (or w/e you want the title to be) next? If you don't mind me doing everything. :P --ZestyCactus 03:15, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- I'm not sure I agree on a title for it yet...hmmm...I thought school or office supplies was fine, but then stationery was mentioned. I think it's a good name, but it seems that valentines and pencils shouldn't be bundled in the same article. What do you think? Virtual-Z 03:16, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- I dunno, it's all sort of the same "theme". I know for a fact that there's more than one set of valentines, so maybe those could get their own seperate list page? --ZestyCactus 04:50, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- P.S. Regarding the food article, does non-North-American food count? 'Cause I saw a lot of random stuff in Japan when I went there in spring '08 and Dogasu's posted some weird snack cakes on his facebook. Obviously our knowledge of international food is going to be a lot more limited but I was just wondering if we should even bother trying to include it in the first place. :P --ZestyCactus 05:01, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, international food is fine and awesome. I suppose we will make a separate article for valentines when we find some more. And we'll have a Pokémon stationery article; I guess we'll put everything related to arts & crafts in there, too. Virtual-Z 05:05, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Or maybe a separate Pokémon arts and crafts article...Virtual-Z 05:06, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- I had Pokémon valentines which are totes not like the ones you made an article for. And I think I know where the (empty) box is. So I will go check for that and then make a merged article including them. :D As for the stationery, I'll get to work on that in the next day or so as well. I might try to find a little more information before I start. --ZestyCactus 05:11, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, and for arts & crafts, maybe we should research how much stuff there actually is before we decide on same or seperate articles. I know there's stuff like Pokémon 3D POP-OUTS that could probably get thrown in either or... --ZestyCactus 05:11, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

(resetting indent) I found the box!! Were they made by American Greetings, came in a blue box and had ugly CGI artwork?! Also, I found literally the back of the box to Pokémon cereal. o_O (y'know, the puzzle with Hoothoot and Ledyba?) Should I scan it? XD --ZestyCactus 05:17, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- I'd love to see it if you're able to ^o^. And yeah I think they were in a blue box LOL! And I believe the valentines were mainly blue? Virtual-Z 05:20, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- kk, here is the front of the box and here is the back (shows examples of the cards). I also found this card which doesn't seem to be from either set... the mystery deepens. Oh, and here is the back of the cereal box...sorry for the crappy scan but it was too big for my scanner XD --ZestyCactus 05:49, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Aww no, they're not the ones I had. Still, great stuff. Is the back of the cereal box the back of the first kind or the second kind? Virtual-Z 05:54, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Hot damn, that means there are at least four different sets of Pokémon valentines. o_O and as for the cereal box, I have honestly no idea. My money's on the first, as the only second gen Pokémon are Hoothoot and Ledyba, and I would imagine the "updated" version would have correct names (Ledyba vs. Ledy Ba) and a -lot- more second gen Pokémon in the picture. There's no copyright date or anything unfortunately. --ZestyCactus 05:58, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Well I assume there is at least one new valentine set each year. So, we're probably gonna find a lot more. I'm unsure of which cereal box that scan is from...the first cereal came out in May 2000, while Gen 2 was revealed in English in October 2000. I wonder if any of the Pokemon were known in May? I sure as hell don't remember. Virtual-Z 06:05, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

Red Article
"Seriously, IS this what is getting taught in fucking schools now???"
Maybe that wasn't intended for me, but you left it right after my edit. What exactly did you mean, and why'd you randomly place emphasis on "is?"--Mezase Master 01:22, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
- Because, instead of leaving one space after a period, you left two spaces every time. When I got taught how to use a keyboard in elementary school, we were taught to put one space in between. You leaving two makes me think that they now teach to leave two spaces. So, I'm not mad at you, but rather schools. Sounds over dramatic, but they don't realize what they're doing to wikis and other sites by teaching to leave two space (if that IS what they're doing). Virtual-Z 03:53, 11 March 2010 (UTC)

- The MLA format (I think...) says that it's supposed to be two. I only use two in official stuff, like papers for a class. Otherwise I never do. Then again, I think only the USA uses MLA. R.A. Hunter Blade 04:22, 11 March 2010 (UTC)

- Oh, I'm sorry, I thought it was a shot at me, otherwise I wouldn't have said anything. Yeah, my ninth grade keyboarding teacher taught us that it's always two spaces, although I've heard from multiple sources that there's no definite rule. Either way, it's stuck with me since that class, but I suppose I should be careful about doing it in Wikis. Thanks for helping me realize that.--Mezase Master 05:27, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
- Not a problem at all. So, yeah, for future reference, it's always one space (on this Wiki, anyway). Virtual-Z 05:29, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
- I'm just chiming in. We use MLA style at my university. Which is definitely not in the United States of America. And I like only one space :) —darklordtrom 05:30, 11 March 2010 (UTC)

Hey man... What was the verdict on the arts and crafts stuff? I found Pokémon modelling clay I forgot I owned and I want to write about it but I dont know where to put the information haha. "False"
How is my Pidgeot submission "False"? - User Talk:Nechifor 12 March 2010
I found a Pokémon book...
It is titled "How to Draw (as in a series banner) Pokémon", and, due to a few slight coloring mistakes on the cover (namely, that "Pokémon" is in orange, and that Caterpie has different-colored rings on its body) that may designate it as not official, I was not sure if an article for it should be made. Probably one should, but I have been feeling so...meek lately from the lack of editing opportunities, and thus ask for your opinions on the matter. Steph 02:26, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
- Do you have an image I can see? Virtual-Z 15:33, 4 May 2010 (UTC)
- I have scanner; so I could try scanning an image of it. Steph 17:24, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, I thought it was just an image you found on the internet. I trust your judgment of looking at a physical book and determining if it's fake or real, but if you want to take a scan and show me then I'd be happy to look. Virtual-Z 17:56, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
- I found the book at my school library. Should it be on the Bulbagarden Archives?

- Yeah, I'll move the other article to How to Draw Pokémon (2002), and you can create an article for this one at How to Draw Pokémon (1999). I'd make it myself, but since you have access to the book, you can obviously do it the best. And yes, the image should be cropped and then put on the archives. I can crop it if you don't know how. Virtual-Z 14:52, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
