C is a glitch Pokémon that appears in Pokémon Red & Blue that occupies slot E5. If encountered in the wild, the player encounters a glitch trainer who sends out a C. There is no way to capture or fight the Pokémon, because the game freezes after it is sent out. Through the usage of cheats, however, one can obtain C and even use it in battle without the game freezing.

Something interesting to note is that the name for all the items in the Mart are called "TM29" after catching C. Despite this, the items have the same effect.
