I have edited a page and confirmed my e-mail but I still can't edit my user page. Can someone please help me?

You need to be autoconfirmed before you can create a userpage. You'll need to make more than one edit. There's also a time factor as well, but I can't tell you the exact numbers for either - they're kept secret to discourage people from only doing enough to edit their userpage, and encourage them to learn to edit the wiki porperly.
