Release information

This card was printed as both Regular and Full Art XY Black Star Promotional cards. The Regular card features artwork by Hitoshi Ariga and was included in the Pikachu-EX Legendary Collection released November 18, 2015. The Japanese print was originally released in the Legendary Shine Collection.

The Full Art card features artwork by Megumi Mizutani and was included in the Pikachu-EX Red & Blue Collection released September 16, 2016. In Europe, a Jumbo card of this print was also included in the Collection. The artwork features Electabuzz and Jolteon in the background.

For the Expansion Pack 20th Anniversary, the Regular print from Pikachu-EX Legendary Collection and the promotional Full Art print were reprinted featuring the same artwork and an updated card template reminiscent of the Original Era layout.
