Is this really necessary?

Is damage increase really 25% ?

I read on several forums, like Smogon, that it added a weakness to Fire, rendering Paras the only Pokémon to ever take 8x more damage from a certain type. Shouldn't the damage increase be 100% and not 25% ? Xel 01:55, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
