Talk:Huge Power (Ability)
If a Pokémon has Huge Power, is its Attack double what's shown on its stats page? Or does the stats page account for it and show the actual value? ⬡ (talk) 23:42, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
Halved effect?
The following used to be on this page.
"If this Ability is Skill Swapped, copied with Role Play or Traced, the effect is halved, boosting the Attack stat only by a 1.5x multiplier and not doubling. This is the only difference from the similar Ability, Pure Power."
This was removed because there was "no proof", but it does not appear the person who removed it tested it before removing it. I will probably test this in the next few days. So if I add it back it will be because it is true. If it is false I will update here saying so. Ctom42 (talk) 04:24, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
"Muscleman"
Is this really the correct translation of ちからもち Chikaramochi/Chikara mochi? It seems like "Power Mochi" would be better. LittleOmu (talk) 05:53, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
- 力持ち Chikaramochi is a Japanese word that means "Muscle man". Power Mochi doesn't really make sense in this context, so even though it would fit the kana, it can be disregarded as a possible intended meaning. --SnorlaxMonster 09:53, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
Notable orgin
This ability belongs to rabbit Pokemon because of its name "Chikaramochi" being a pun for "Mochi", a rice cake believed to be made by moon rabbit.--Rocket Grunt (Report To Me) 16:56, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
