Atsuo (Japanese: アツオ) is a one-time character that appeared in DP058. His Japanese voice actress is 沢海陽子 Yōko Sōmi.
He met with Ash and his friends while they were passing through Mt. Coronet. His dream was to evolve his Nosepass, which became true.
