Trivia

Rain Dance is virtually identical to the Pokémon Power of the same name possessed by Base Set Blastoise, a power so strong that it spawned one of the most powerful deck archetypes of the Base Set era. Its inclusion here is interesting as, due to its unbalanced strength, the power had previously returned only in watered down forms such as Blastoise ex's Energy Rain.

Origin

Rain Dance is a move in the Pokémon games that Feraligatr can learn, via TM18.
