Out of curiousity, when did Jessie capture a Magikarp? I don't seem to remember her capturing one. --PAK Man 18:36, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

Traded Spoink's pearl for it. It was disguised as a Feebas. Missingno. Master 20:53, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

J&J's own template

Butch and Cassidy have their own template, and imo, they're more minor than Jessie and James. I just think that J&J should get their own template.. (Meowth going under J&J as owned by both, but that's just me.) Tina δ 01:00, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

No, No. Keep the merged. Thaty use their Pokémon as a team, and occasionaly borrow each others. --Theryguy512 02:47, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
No no, I mean seperate from the other TR Pokémon. Not Jessie getting her own template, and James getting his own, but more like what Butch and Cassidy have. Tina δ 02:51, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

^ That and more: The TRio and the new template

I've been designing a new template based on the new ones that the anime and Adventures's heroes get and I have a few comments.

1. I removed Pokémon that the TRio have not commanded {i.e. Giovanni's Persian, Mewtwo from Adventures).
2. The damn thing is HUEG because of the sheer number of Pokémon they borrow/rent/steal.

3. Seviper, Yanmega, Mime Jr., and Carnivine are all missing their overworld sprites.

4. Since Team Rocket doesn't have a color template (ex. Template:Red color) I decided to go with the type of their first Pokémon, Arbok and Weezing.

Are there any ideas on how this template can be improved upon? - Chosen of Mana - 23:28, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

Ummm... Wow. OK, my first thought is "too huuuge". Maybe we should split it up to Jessie and James? As for colors, use TR colors. The same ones we use in J&J's character infoboxes. --electAbuzzzz 13:34, 3 March 2010 (UTC)
Well the Rocket colors aren't template driven, they're hex codes. And I'm not entirely sure how I can tackle that. Second, I suppose we can expand upon the List of Pokémon temporarily owned by Team Rocket, provide a link in the template, and only devote the template itself to Jessie and James's main Pokémon (everything up to Growlie and Chimecho). - Chosen of Mana - 16:47, 3 March 2010 (UTC)

How's this?

I really think this should be changed to look like the others. Does this work:

--Burgundy 18:26, 28 October 2010 (UTC)

Looks cool, and the old needs to be replaced.----無限の知性DENNOUZENSHI 18:31, 28 October 2010 (UTC)

I like it Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 19:00, 28 October 2010 (UTC) I'm trying to figure out why James is in smaller text than Jessie, and then once Koromori sprite is uploaded it will be perfect.--Burgundy 19:54, 28 October 2010 (UTC)

Just a suggestion, but perhaps James's color bar should be more blue instead of grey. Pokemaster97 21:47, 28 October 2010 (UTC)
So can this be changed?--Burgundy 00:57, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
I'll do it now. —darklordtrom 10:28, 29 October 2010 (UTC)

Meowth

What should we do to this template regarding Meowth? At least something because he isn't currently with Jessie & James.--Den Zen 11:39, 18 August 2011 (UTC)

I put Meowth under a "Fired" category in the reserve/release space. If a future episode reveals that Meowth was sent as a spy by Jessie and James, he should be moved back to where he was, but have his category changed to "Dispatched". - Chosen of Mana 17:51, 18 August 2011 (UTC)

Currently owned

Why are the old Pokémon that Jessie and James owned still in the currently owned category. I know TR was sent back to Kanto, but that dosen't mean they recieved their old Pokémon back. Iml908 (talk) 19:28, 9 December 2012 (UTC)

Just because the Pokémon are at HQ, doesn't mean they don't "own" them. It's still Jessie's and James's Pokémon. Since we don't know where they are now, it's safer to just list them as "Owned Pokémon", because it's not speculative. --Pokemaster97 19:34, 9 December 2012 (UTC)

"Currently Owned" vs. "Status Unknown"

If we don't want to use "At Team Rocket HQ", shouldn't Team Rocket's pre-Unova Pokémon (including Woobat and Yamask) be under "Status Unknown" instead of "Currently owned"? We do it like this for Ash's Gliscor, which we do not know where its current location is either. I think Frillish and Amonguss should at least be under a separate category (preferably "On Hand"), so it doesn't look like Wobbuffet, Carnivine, Seviper, etc. are necessarily still with them. サトシ101 (talk) 02:07, 26 January 2013 (UTC)

Bewear

Should the Bewear that has been following Team Rocket be added to the list or is it still too early to call? --PKMNAdventurer (talk) 02:26, 9 December 2016 (UTC)

Temporary Pokemon

Is there really a need for the "Temporarily Owned:" and "Status Unknown:" sections? Actually, now that I think about it, is there even a need to include the Pokemon that lead to the temporary page? TRForever (talk) 02:12, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
