I'm thinking the vandal's current MO is to use Russian characters that look the same as English ones in order to make the sockpuppet username look the same as that of a good faith user. Please Help

I just picked an administrator at random, but i need some help. Every time I try to edit my userpage, i get an error message that reads: "You do not have permission to do that, for the following reason:

You do not have permission to edit pages in the User namespace." I want to know why i get this and how to fix it T_T Retasulettuce 02:43, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
