Pokémon Network Center

The Network Machine is located in the One Island Pokémon Net Center. Its known programmer is Celio, one of Bill's close friends and admirers.

The machine allows players of FireRed and LeafGreen to trade with Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. When first encountered, it is not operational as the Ruby and Sapphire have not been installed, therefore, its access with other regions can only go as far as Kanto. Once the items are retrieved by the player, the machine will function: however, the National Dex must be obtained, the Pokémon League defeated, and the Rainbow Pass obtained, as the Sapphire is located on Chrono Island.
