The "before applying Weakness and Resistance" text in the Charm attack is not in italics for some odd reason.
Origin
Charm is a move in the Pokémon games that Togepi can learn. Spike Ball Tackle's effect is similar to that of Double-Edge, which Togepi can also learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Gold, though it is slightly reworded.
