(highly unlikely, as it is immediately preceded by a rerun of The Rainbow and the Pokémon Master!) or the dub of the Distant Blue Sky special. Tags: Mobile edit Mobile web edit

Only if it is a Japanese conversation are they going to refer to it as that.

XYS06 not getting a dub should therefore be notable to mention here, as XYS05 did get a dub.

- 20:0020:00, 12 July 2023 diff hist +61 JN147 I think it's relevant because this is the last episode of their journey and EP001 was the first episode of their journey, which indicates this may have been done intentionally. I'll reword it here so it doesn't sound random to bring it up.

- 03:1203:12, 12 July 2023 diff hist −1 Birthday The "Ash was 10 years, 10 months, and 10 days old" nonsense is an utterly ridiculous mistranslation of extremely basic kindergarten level Japanese, and you will never see this mentioned anywhere outside of mistranslations on English-speaking fansites. The quote from the novel (which I cited in my edit summary on the Ash Ketchum page) DOES actually agree with Ash beginning his journey on his 10th birthday -- the novel refers to that day as "today, when Ash fully became a 10 year old".
- 03:1203:12, 12 July 2023 diff hist −308 Ash Ketchum The line from Takeshi Shudo's novel DOES in fact mention him beginning his journey on his 10th birthday. The line is a quote from Delia's monologue that says 「サトシが満十歳の今日まで十年と十月と十日」. This means "the 10 years, 10 months, and 10 days until today, when Ash fully became a 10-year-old". The "10 months and 10 days" is a common Japanese euphemism for a woman's pregnancy period, so this is merely talking about the time from the date of Ash's conception until the day his journey began.

- 05:3405:34, 10 July 2023 diff hist +4 Clawmark Hill Clawmark Hill (the official English name) is actually a 100% direct translation of the Japanese name. This should have been changed right when the English dub title of the episode was revealed. All this page was doing was making up a completely new name for the Japanese version as if it means anything different. An "あと" is a mark or trace, and well a "爪 (つめ)" is a nail or claw.
