Karsten and his Ampharos

Karsten (Japanese: カズオ Kazuo) appears in Drifloon On the Wind!. His English voice actor is Bill Rogers and his Japanese voice actor is 川島得愛 Tokuyoshi Kawashima.

He is the husband of a Nurse Joy, the father of Marnie and Paige, and works at the Valley Windworks. Karsten is quite forgetful. He is known to have left his lunch at home twice in the same week.

• Karsten's English name was never mentioned. It was only seen via closed captioning. Ironically, another character of the day with ties to the Valley Windworks, Benjamin from Gone With the Windworks!, also had his dub name only shown via the captions as well.
