Regarding your edit on Brave Bird...

See the template on the bottom? Yeah, the one that says variant of Take Down. That shows which ones are similar in move stats. See move variations for details. ht14 21:52, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

*he means Double Edge* Yeah, what ht said. Please stop re-adding what we keep removing, because it doesn't belong there.--Liquid ICE (User:Cold)(page, talk) 21:56, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

Link Templates

Please use link templates when linking to stuff such as Pokémon names, attacks, and the like. For example, {{m|Volt Tackle}} instead of just [[Volt Tackle]]. This is so you don't unintentionally link to a disambiguation page.

For a full crash course on link templates, look at the list of link templates. ----Liquid ICE (User:Cold)(page, talk) 21:53, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

Also, when using a template, you need to include the template name first followed by what you are trying to link to. Your edit to DP129 did not use them correctly. Curly brackets alone signify a whole template. Use the straight brackets if you're not sure. --rockersk08 01:20, 22 October 2009 (UTC)

Multiple issues

You have some issues you need to handle:

  • Link templates - As noted by the above message, they are not only useful, but apart of site policy.
  • Preview button - Its right next to the Save page button. Know it, use it, love it.
  • Bad trivia - Adding trivia is a slippery slope, so i generally advise newer users against it. Your recent trivia additions were both wrong (Ash has numerous dual-typed Pokémon) and pointless (being the third of something to something something is pretty pointless).
  • Grammar and spelling - Notably, in general, its just plain poor and you should work on it, but a more specific example is "Pokémon" with the accented e.
  • Manual of style - It details all of the rules of the site in one place.

I do hope you heed this advice as I don't want to have to warn you again. Multiple warnings about proper editing can lead to a minor block. -- MAGNEDETH 20:56, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
