The Ultimate Pokémon Network, more commonly known as UPN or UPNetwork, is an English-Language Pokémon fan site. It was established circa 2002 as a successor site to the original UPN, or Universal Pokémon Network, which was disbanded in April 2001 by then-webmaster Jason Axelrod. During the heyday of Pokémon in the late 1990s and early 2000s, UPN housed an extremely active fan community. It has, however, since witnessed a decline in user activity like most other websites of its era. While the webforum is still active, the main site has not been updated since 2006. Today, the webforum is most famous for its forum-based RPGs such as Fizzy Bubbles and PASBL. It was also part of the Big Four.
